RegiCom Company provides services for Registration of Infant Nutrition, Biologically Active Supplements (BADs), Nutritional Supplements.
State services are provided in accordance with Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan «On public health and health care system» dated September 18, 2009, Article 146; Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan On food safety", Article 9 dated 21 July 2007 "; Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On ratification of the Customs Union Agreement on Sanitary Measures" dated June 30, 2010 and Order of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan № 546 "On establishing the Rules of state registration, re-registration and withdrawal of the decision on state registration of infant nutrition products, nutritional supplements and biologically active supplements .... " dated October 19, 2009.
